Terms and Conditions

By using this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are a binding agreement between you and Mukha Diamonds Private Limited, which owns and runs Mukha Diamonds.

They include our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy on your own. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and accepts these terms for you. We may refuse service or cancel an order if we have reason to think this is not met.

• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Give us true information. Do not open several accounts or use someone else's identity.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

• All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST at the rate that applies to the product.
• Our GSTIN is 36AAQCM1491C2ZD (state code 36, Telangana). A GST invoice is issued for every confirmed order. The invoice splits the tax into CGST and SGST for deliveries within Telangana, and IGST for deliveries to other states.
• The price of a piece depends on its metal, stones and making. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay, as long as payment is received.
• Shipping and cash on delivery fees, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout and are not part of the product price.

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the stated price. A binding contract exists only when we confirm your order by email with an order ID (it looks like MKD123456), which for online payment means the payment has been received. Until then we may decline or change an order, for example if a piece is no longer available.

We sell articles of jewellery made of precious metal, mainly set with natural diamonds, classified under HSN 7113. Each listing says what the piece is made of.

Where the law requires gold jewellery to carry a Bureau of Indian Standards hallmark, our pieces carry it. If a listing appears for something outside this range because of a technical error, it is void and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Natural diamonds and other stones differ from one to the next, and photographs cannot show every difference. Small variations are normal and are not a defect:

• colour, clarity and shape of natural stones within the grade or description given for the piece;
• a small difference in metal weight, stone weight or size from the figure listed;
• differences in how colours look on different screens.

If a diamond is sold with a grading certificate, the certificate is supplied with the piece. If the piece differs materially from what was described, our Return Policy applies.

If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you within 24 hours and offer a full refund to your original payment method, or a comparable piece if one exists. We never send a substitute without your agreement.

We may cancel an order if:

• we suspect fraud or misuse;
• the piece is out of stock despite our records;
• a price or description was published by mistake;
• the delivery address is one our couriers cannot serve; or
• we do not receive confirmation of payment in time.

You will be told the reason, and refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

The name Mukha Diamonds, our logo, photographs, designs, descriptions and the look of this website belong to Mukha Diamonds Private Limited or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or adapt them, or collect them with automated tools, without our written permission.

• Do not use the website for anything unlawful.
• Do not buy to resell without our written agreement.
• Do not try to gain access to systems or data that are not yours, or use bots or scrapers on the website.
• Do not do anything that overloads the website or stops others using it.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited.

You agree to cover Mukha Diamonds Private Limited, its directors and staff against loss and reasonable legal costs that arise from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government action, strikes, fire, flood, or a failure of a courier or payment service.
