1.Who is responsible for your data

This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

Category	What we collect	Why, and how it is kept
Account	Name, email address, mobile number, saved delivery addresses, and a password.	To run your account and orders. The password is stored only as a salted one-way hash. We cannot read it.
Orders	Delivery name, address, mobile number, items bought with metal and size, prices, tax split and payment method.	To fulfil the order, issue a GST invoice and handle returns. We never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
Messages	The name, email and message you send through the contact form or by email.	To reply to you and keep a record of your request.
Device and usage	IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in server logs.	For security, fault finding and fraud prevention.
Browser storage	Your bag, wishlist and sign-in session.	To keep your bag and session between visits. You can clear this in your browser at any time.

To create and run your account, and to process, pack, deliver and, if needed, return your orders.
To send messages about your order: confirmation, tax invoice, dispatch and delivery updates.
To answer your questions.
To prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents.
To meet tax, accounting and company law duties, such as keeping GST invoices.
To deal with complaints under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

To perform our contract with you: delivering what you ordered and running your account.
Your consent: for anything optional, such as marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legal duties and legitimate uses: tax and accounting law, fraud prevention and responding to lawful requests.

Order records and invoices: 7 years, as tax and company law require.
Your account: for as long as it is open. If you ask us to delete it, we remove what the law does not require us to keep.
Contact messages: for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up.
Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Messages stop within 5 business days.

Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold and how we use it.
Ask us to correct data that is wrong or out of date. Saved addresses can be edited in your account.
Ask us to erase your data, apart from records we must keep by law.
Withdraw consent you gave us.
Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you cannot.
Complain to us, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Payments are handled by our payment partner, not by us.
Access to order and customer records is limited to the people who need it.
