1.When a refund is made
- After an approved return under the Return Policy, once the piece has reached us and passed our check.
- When you cancel an order in time under the Cancellation Policy.
- When we cancel an order or cannot supply it.
- When a piece arrives damaged, defective or not as described.
2.How long it takes
We start the refund within 3 business days of approving it. After that, how soon it shows up depends on how you paid:

3.What is refunded
- The price of the piece you paid, which includes GST.
- Shipping charges, only if the piece was damaged, defective or wrong, or if we cancelled the order.
- The cash on delivery handling fee of ₹99 is not refunded unless we cancelled the order.
4.Deductions
If a returned piece is damaged after delivery, or comes back without its certificate or packaging, we may refuse the return, or deduct a fair amount for the loss in value, and tell you why in writing before refunding.
5.If a refund is late
Write to official@mukhadiamonds.store with your order ID. If we cannot settle it, you can use the National Consumer Helpline on 1800-11-4000 (consumerhelpline.gov.in).
We resolve refund complaints within 30 days.
