Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order at no cost if you ask within 24 hours of placing it, and before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.

The order status in My orders always shows where an order is.

1. In your account: sign in, open My orders, choose the order and select Cancel order. This is the fastest way.
2. By email: write to official@mukhadiamonds.store with your order ID. We reply during opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

Once an order has been dispatched, or 24 hours have passed, it can no longer be cancelled. You can:

• Accept it and return it within 7 days under the Return Policy; or
• Refuse it at the door. The parcel returns to us and we refund the price of the piece, less the outward shipping charge, within 7 to 10 business days of it arriving back.

Refusing a cash on delivery order costs you nothing, since no money was collected. Repeated refusals may mean cash on delivery is no longer offered to you.

If an order has several pieces, you can ask us to remove one of them, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us the order ID and the name of the piece.

We may cancel an order for a payment failure, a piece being unavailable, suspected fraud, an address we cannot deliver to, or a price shown by mistake. You are refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, and we tell you why.
