Shipping Policy

We dispatch from our shop in Hyderabad, Telangana, and deliver across India through courier partners. Delivery is within India only. If a PIN code cannot be served we tell you at checkout.

• Orders are checked, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• During festival and wedding seasons, preparing an order can take a little longer. We tell you if that happens.
• Pieces are inspected and packed in protective packaging before they leave the shop.

• Available on orders up to ₹20,000, to PIN codes where our couriers collect cash.
• A handling fee of ₹99 is added at checkout.
• Orders above ₹20,000 must be paid online. This protects both of us against fraud.

• For higher-value orders the courier may ask the person receiving the parcel for a government photo ID and a signature.
• Please check that the outer package is sealed and undamaged before you accept it. If it looks opened or damaged, refuse it or accept it with a written note on the courier's slip, and tell us the same day.
• We recommend recording a short unboxing video. It makes any damage claim quick to settle.

Every order has an order ID that starts with MKD. We email you when it ships. You can follow it any time on the tracking page with your order ID and the email or mobile number used at checkout.

• The courier tries up to 3 times on separate working days.
• If delivery fails or the address is wrong, the parcel comes back to us. For paid orders we refund the price of the piece within 7 to 10 business days of it arriving back, less the outward shipping charge.
• Please give a complete address with house or building, street, landmark and PIN code. We cannot change an address after dispatch.
